Privacy Policy

Effective 24 October 2026

ihavasu (“we”) is a private household assistant, operated for the household by Lubberland LLC under a service agreement. This policy explains what data ihavasu receives, including data from your Google account, and what it does with it.

Who can use ihavasu

Only members of the household whom we have invited. There is no public sign-up.

Data we receive from Google

When you connect your Google account, Google shows you the exact permissions ihavasu is asking for, and ihavasu receives only what you approve. Depending on what you grant, that is:

How we use it

Only to provide the features you use, for you. Actions that change your account (sending, labelling, archiving, creating events or files) happen only when you ask for them. Your data is processed on computers Lubberland operates, and may be sent to an AI model provider to carry out a request you made; those providers process it on our behalf and may not use it to train their models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ihavasu’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

Storage and security

Data is stored on computers Lubberland operates, reachable only by the household’s own accounts over authenticated, encrypted connections.

Retention and deletion

We keep data from your Google account only while your account is connected. You can disconnect ihavasu at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all further access. To have the data we already hold deleted, email us at the address below; we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

Household members under 13 do not have their own ihavasu sign-in; a parent operates the service for them.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
