Terms of Service
Effective 24 October 2026
These terms govern your use of ihavasu, a private household assistant operated by Lubberland LLC (“we”). By using ihavasu you agree to them.
Access
ihavasu is available only to household members we invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Your Google account
When you connect your Google account you choose what ihavasu may access, and you can withdraw that at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. ihavasu acts on your account only as our Privacy Policy describes. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use ihavasu to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to reach accounts or data you are not authorised to reach.
Your content
You keep ownership of your email, calendar, files and everything else you bring to ihavasu. You give us permission to process it only to provide ihavasu to you.
No warranty
ihavasu is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It uses AI, and AI output can be wrong; check anything important before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of ihavasu.
Ending access
You can stop using ihavasu and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or end the service with reasonable notice.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page and update the effective date.
